What all do i need to make a stock appearing cheater he351 turbo for my second gen? What kinda wheels and modifying the exhaust housing?

By a fleece cheetah. Totally stock appearing and will handle 600 plus hp lol. I'm sure you don't plan on spending 1800 if your asking how to modifying one.
