Sounds about right for the weight and aerodynamics of a brick of hay going down the road.
I agree with above......

I pull a lot of GatorMade trailers, and oftentimes there’s lots of “dirty air” when pulling stacks of trailers as well.

Fine numbers. I run a four-wheel turn table trailer down some roads and then finally up a ridge. Trailer probably grosses over 20k loaded up. I get around 9 mpg in my 2018 2500 Tradesman regular cab 4x4 manual manual. Seems air temperature makes quite a difference.

I got about the same. Hand calculated I got about the same deleted. Mind you my pre and post delete mileage at that weight was in the ballpark you mentioned.

Depending on the bale size using a ten bale self tipping trailer, I was 28 to 34k total on the scales.
