I have heard of ways to get better fuel economy and one of the ways is to put a hydrogen fuel cell in the truck.
I don't know if anybody else has thought of trying this, but I think it is a little hokey.
Is there anybody here with experience with this type of technology?
If so, let me know what you think of it and how it is working for you.

For what I finding out it takes more energy to make enough HHO gas to run you truck than it worth...

In other words you got to remember your displacement is 5.9L per revolution so you could have a a problem to produce enough HHO gas. So to make enough yo need a bigger generator which now requires more amperage from the alternator and now put more load on the engine... So now you need even more gas to compensate... This cycle goes around and around...

There is several forums discussing this right now and tersting it out... In theory it don't seem to work very well but time will tell...

A co-worker bought the book water 4 gas and tried it on his ford v8 (gas). I thought he was an idiot. but he went from 10mpg's to 15 in the city and 19 on the freeway pulling a boat. He did say that the newer the vehicle the more changes you had to make, to the computer of course. Just fooling the egr and O2 sensors.

I too am researching the use of this on DIESEL before I buy.

No one yet has proven HHO works. Every time one is asked to prove it they all run away. Like it has been said it does not work that is unless someone found away to do what science says can't be done but if they have Please show the world how to do it.

Home made HHO

I made a simple 3 cell hho, draws about 20 amps. I have tested it for 450 miles so far. I get 4 mpg improvement empty, and 2 mpg improvement when towing my 5000 lb work trailer. 80% freeway 20% stop an go. Installed it in the bed of the truck, ran the hose in the bottom of the intake box. I have a 04.5 3500 4x4 dually. will keep testing.
