No really, you're gonna have to guess and tell me.

So yesterday I was gonna install my new BHAF, my engine bay was a little grimy so I went to the car wash sprayed down everything. I went to start it it knocked a little, but started. I drove it everything was fine. I got home put in the BHAF, went out did a little road test. Everything was fine.

Started it up this morning to go to church. It kind of idled a little rough. Thought maybe it was just cold drove about a half mile got on it, everything was fine. Then I noticed my turbo wasn't spoiling no boost continued to church about three miles total from the house. It got real hot before I got to church.

Fired it up again still idles fine drove home three miles. It started getting real hot I shut it down, let it cool some. I was only about a quarter mile from the house. Fired it back up still idled and drove ok, but no turbo. Got home it was gurgling in the coolant bottle. Popped the cap, oil.
I figured I blew a head gasket. Maybe cracked the block but I doubt it since it was still running good.

What do y'all think? And what am I gonna need to do to fix it up and get all the oil out of my coolant system?

Have you checked the impeller shaft to see if it still turns freely?

On the turbo? Yeah it still turns. I've started pulling the head. Taking it slow and easy since this is the farthest I've been into anything bigger than a lawn mower.

Unless you think you did internal damage which is unlikely, why bring all that extra work on to pull the oil pan?. Oil in coolant and overheating are classic HG failure signs.

its your radiator not the pan that needs to be drained

No need to drop the pan to get the oily watery mix out. Just drain and refill with new oil and if this looks like it has coolant in it drain it again, and that should have her good as new. It will be normal to see it steaming a bit from the breather for a while, thats just any residual coolant evaporating out of the hot engine.

Did you do the drain plug weld mod?
Hardy har har. No I just figured I'd have to drop after the I saw the sludge under my valve cover.

I am thinking about getting some injectors though, but I don't know if mine are stock if not. Anyone got an idea on how to tell?

Now everyone discussed the failure and how to fix it but no one discussed the reason of the failure.

Q: How old was your coolant?

The coolant maybe old in years but not in miles. I've only put 24,000 mi on it in the five years I've had it. The engine wasn't hot while I was washing it.

Pressure washing engines causes problems and play hell on electrical connectors.
