Got a cummins today

I had a duramax but i sold it about a month ago. I bought my dads backup truck so i can save some money,but anyways im wondering what you all think my first mods should be? I just want to add a little power. Still going to tow and be a dd. Here my truck.

Don't forget a tranny or clutch lol add that power and bye bye to the converter or clutch
