you might have to run a 66/71/14 to get that or run a 62/65/12 with s400 twin setup and some big sticks. if your daily driving you might have a fun time spooling the 66 but if you run a cam and big stick with other supporting mods its possiable. also i would do twins so that you have a quick spoolin truck with little smoke and it will be more drivable in the long run. but there are alot of guys on this forum that can tell you exactly what is needed.

Whats the difference between the SO and HO? Isnt that stock injection pumps?

SO is a standard pump and has good powerin the bottom end and the HO is a high output and has more top end i belive but the SO is the way to do it

a good twin setup is a s300 over s400. that is a good running setup un less you tight on cash then you could do a stock turbo with a ht3b and some good sticks and you can make some good power from that but the s300/400 has the potential to make over 600hp i belive. talk to JKIDD at diesel auto power he has both twin kits and if you talk to him he can point you in the right direction.

You don't need twins to make 600.

but wouldnt twins make it more streetable and cleaner to run on the street
