For awhile now I keep getting the DPF FULL SEE DEALER NOW message. It comes on when I start it and consistently every few minutes. Anyone have some helpful words? Thanks.

I have this problem as well, but I found the solution was to just reload the delete tune. I am using a Smarty Jr, but I imagine it is the same solution with the H&S.

I don't know if it is a regen timer that reaches a trip point or just some ghost in the programming. The next time my truck does this I am going to use my AutoEnginuity to see what the regen timer is at and reset it and see if that is the problem.

Thanks for the help. I'll I need to update also so I will re download the delete tune and see what happens. Could a plugged egr cause that? I ordered the egr delete and will be installing this weekend.

I was recently getting the CATALYST FULL message on mine. I reprogrammed with my Smarty Jr and it went away. I started a thread on it here: http://www.cumminsforum.com/forum/0...in/1293249-catalyst-full-message-returns.html

Had the same issue with mini-maxx. Started to happen when the truck turned 82k. Removed the tune and loaded it back on, and it hasn't came up again in the last 6k miles.
