Geno's Muffler Delete ?????

Hey I bought this above mentioned Muffler Delete and put it on this weekend. My question is mainly for those that have put this muffler delete on.

It comes with a clamp and hanger attached to it. so i used that. and then i used the hanger on the back section of existing pipe. but if i am right that only left 2 hangers holding up my entire exhaust. is that ok? it seems sturdy, but there was originally 3 hangers on the OE muffler and one on the back section of pipe. eliminating the muffler, eliminated a bunch of hangers. I am just trying to make sure i will be fine.

let me know your thoughts.

The installation eliminated a lot of weight as well..

If the tailpipe is sturdy and the hanger for your downpipe is in good shape, I'd say you are fine.

i had the muff delete installed at a muff shop.
they added on hanger to the end of the delete pipe.

the oem muff weighs a ton, so you SHOULD be okay as long as you dont have
any rusting going on.

well i have a hanger at the back of the delete pipe. and then the one just past the hump over the axle. but i didn't see one up further on the downpipe. maybe i missed it.

im running mine with just the two. its been 5 months since i did my delete and no problems.

i agree, you should be just fine, like dad said you dumped alot of weight. mines hung about the same with aero 4040xl on it.

The delete made it a lot deeper. but not crazy loud. however, i left the kitty on there. not sure if you have a kitty or not. if not, i bet it will roar.

if the kitty is the catylitic converter, my truck did not come with one. Ed
