Isspro Ev`s are also a high quality gauge....

Unless you plan on doing more than a basic 3 gauge pod, i would go with the following gauges, Boost,Pyro, & fuel Pressure. I would pass on the trans gauge only because if your doing fuel mods its important to watch the FP. its also important to see whats happening with the trans but, after 1 1/2 years my trans gauge is coming out & a FP gauge is going in its place.

Here are the DiPricol Optix, in my '03. They Match pretty much perfectly and the illumination looks identical to the OEM at night as well. As far as performance I have never had an issue with mine, they always worked great. I have actually had people riding with me ask me how I got my truck with those gauges from the factory.

DiPricol or the new Isspro's match the best. Like said above, I have boost, EGT and Fuel pressure in the A-pillar (I have a stick too). BTW, each DP gauge has a dimmer inline so you can set them up the way you want.
Check out Diesel Manor for kits with everything you need, I think they dropped DiPricol though:
DieselManor - Gauges and Related Items Including Complete Kits

They also have some great instructions:

I also have the pod for by Quad X2 on the column, it will display boost, coolant temp or rail pressure which is mostly what I use it for, temp when I tow.

I have the ISSPRO EV2 gauges. They are a very close match to the stock gauges. The lighting is excellent, you can also add a dimmer trim pot, which allows you to further adjust the lighting beyond that of your stock dimmer.

Previously, I had the ISSPRO Classic gauges and the DiPricol RP gauge. Even with the classic gaugesIthinkthe ISSPRO wasa better match.

I have a standard tranny and DO have a tranny temp gauge. Living in the desert SW, I felt that tranny temp was important due to the high road temps and ambient air temps. After seeing how the tranny was affected by these temps, I installed a pair of fast coolers on my tranny.

I have fuel press, rail press, boost and PYRO in a dash pod. I have the SRT-10 single gauge pillar with an exhaust pressure gauge - I do a lot of towing, have an exhaust brake, and wanted to monitor its performance. I also have the overhead pod that goes above the rear view mirror, in it I have oil temp, tranny temp, and front/rear diff temp.

While most people just have the 3 most common or basic gauges, I wanted to look at other things due to doing a lot of towing which is also very heavy towing. If you tow, and EGTgauge is a must.

I'll throw in one quick shameless plug for ISSPRO. As mentioned above, our EV2 series is an excellent match for the factory gauges (and you can order Performax gauges with the same appearance). We also do a lot of mixing-and-matching of off-the-shelf parts for people who want something a little different (like chrome bezels instead of black on their Gen3 match gauges).

One significant difference between our EV2 and Performax gauges and other brands is the temperature compensated pyrometer.

Conventional pyrometers just measure the difference in temperature between the probe tip and the leadwire end (typically at the gauge head). The industry standard is to calibrate on the assumption that the gauge head is at 70° F. In an enclosed cab on a hot day with a dark colored interior, a gauge can reach well over 170° F and will be very slow to cool off (the pods act as a good insulator). This will result in your pyro displaying a temperature over 100° F cooler than the actual temperature, in conditions where you are likely to see high temperatures. Because of this inherent inaccuracy, ISSPRO Performax and EV² pyrometers utilize temperature compensation circuits and show the actual probe tip temperature.

Hey Michael.

That's not a shameless plug - it is GOOD INFORMATION. When we spend the $$$'s to add gauges to our vehicles, I for one wnat the best performing gauge I can get, performance of the gauge is significant, and when something is designed to incorporate the 'little stuff' that can result in better accuracy - it has my $$$'s all over it.

That IS why I run ISSPRO, the quality is excellent.

I have 6 EV2s in my truck and love them. Custome service is great, as Michael is constantly on this forum to answer questions.

Don't think so, advertising is def NOT my gig. I just call 'em like I see 'em. Through a lot of years of experience with gauges, I bet I have owned gauges of all the brands out there, the ISSPRO gauges have out lived and out performed all the others.

I'm getting ready to do some mods on my modified Miata, time for some new gauges, I am going to use ISSPRO's there too.

Yeah, me too Michael.

My Miata is turbocharged, modified rail, lots of mods . . boost, EGT's a must, I'm thinking maybe a rail pressure gauge now that they are available. When I first modded my Miata in the mid 90's, nothing much was there for the mod communties, modding was relatively new. Now, we have tons and tons of goodies. My old girl is getting a makeover, bumper to bumper.
