Garrett 66, twins or single?

I've got a garrett 66 turbo I bought from White 99 for my 12v, but have to sell the truck. My question is, will the turbo be any better than the stocker on my 6.7 to use as a single? And would it be possible to use the garrett as a twin set up with the stock turbo?:confused013: Thanks

What style flange is on the exhaust manifold? I have a T6 to T3 for the garrett but im too lazy to take everything off the truck just to see if it would fit....:lol4:
