I've got bad fusible links between the battery and the manifold heater relays on my 2000 Ram. I've temporarily installed a jumper wire but need to replace. I like to make my own fusible link that has replacable fuses in it. What amp fuses are recommended?

Problem is fuses don't act like fusible links. Fuses would have to be rated for over 100 amps. Pretty high and big fuses. and not familiar with any that operate at 100-200 amps.
Just replace with 12 gauge fusible wire and of very similiar length.
