Long story short, Had a boost resistor on the board of my box kinda faulty and had the whole box replaced.

I have a glacier lift pump, and before the brand new box i was getting anywhere from 16-19 psi depending on how much i was in it, Now with the new box I'm getting a constant 30 or maybe 31 or 29 every once in a while. I dont think this is right, as it does not change as drastic. Think I have a bad fuse or something for the liftpump harness?

I know i have read somewhere on here with the same problem but could not find it.

truck specs 98.5 24v, glacier walbro lift pump, quad box, some other .

My first guess would be your regulated bypass valve is not working correctly.

I don't see how any relationship could exist between your fixing your Quad box and your fuel pressure nearly doubling.
