I recently had my lift pump go out the other day (so the Dodge dealer in town says). They replaced the old one w/ a new pump in the tank. Now @ idol I'm getting 9-10 PSI idling, 8-9 PSI Crusing @60mph and will drop to 3PSI when I hammer it on EDGE level 5 or 6. Is this a problem? Should I have them look at the lift pump and/or replace it, or do I need an after market pump such as a FASS system or similar.

Get new aftermarket lift pump. I would be concerned with it dropping to 3 psi. Personally i get little concerned if it were below about 7-8 psi. Thats why i bought the new Raptor/Airdog lift pump. Easy to install, Adjustable Fuel pressure really easy, Lifetime Warrenty, 1/2" line, no need to drop the tank, and you don't need a return line. Just my .02

Definitely after market... FASS or Airdog are top of the line IMO.
