Faulty injector, cylinder wash.

Fuel dilution going up if you are doing used oil analysis. Stock trucks have a rising oil level as is due to the EGR system, so that alone is not a good indicator.

I assume since you are new and this is a surprise to you that you must have alot of fuel in the oil...that is most likely a stuck / bad injector.

In big motors like ISX and c-15's etc. it is usually the injector cups that is the problem. Id run an oil sample on it and let them give you the facts on all of what is in your oil, because as soon as you go to a dealer and tell them whats up the first thing there going to do is try an get out of warranting it. Oil Analysis, Coolant Analysis, Fuel Analysis, Metalworking Fluid Analysis, Fuel Testing, Oil Testing, Coolant Testing — POLARIS Laboratories they are one of the best labs in the nation.
