Does anyone know if the fuel filters are the same on the 6.7 from 2013 to present? One place says they're the same and another place shows different part numbers for different years. Anyone know? Thanks.

That's what I thought but I was looking thru Parts Geek and they show one part number for the 2017 2018 water separator and a different part number (and price) for the 2016 version. Unless I'm reading it wrong.

Buy oem mopar MO-291 engine mount fuel filter and MO-867 frame mounted fuel/water separator. Make sure you are buying from a reputable source.

These are Mopar filters, just a Parts Geek part number I guess. I only use MOPAR oil filters and fuel filters. I need this truck to last quite a while. Hoping to retire soon and it will be nice to not have truck payments. Thanks for the help.

Doesn't the Cab and Chassis use different fuel filters? Maybe that's where the confusion is

I went to my local auto parts store (Canada) Lordco. And the guy said there are 2 different under the hood filters listed for my 2013. Early 2013 and later 2013 it apparently changed? Any truth to this? Maybe just on Canadian trucks?

They changed the spec, use the later filter, it is backward compatible.

19s only run one fuel filter unlike the 13-18s which have two.

Come on man, now somebody is going to slip a hip over you mentioning a 2019 model in the 13-18 section 😂

Ahh ****. My bad LOL

I buy all my filters directly from Cummins. They even allow pickup at your local Cummins dealer of you want.

Shopcummins.ca or shopcummins.com

I use the premium maintenance kit any time I change mine.

ACtually, looks like the 19s do have 2 filters but cummins only includes 1 in there maintenance kit... weird

Actually cummins does build the power train... Hence why the sell maintenance kits themselves for it. It's also the reason they have there logo on the front quarter panels of the truck.

They don't build the powertrain, only the engine.
