Does anyone know if the fuel filters are the same on the 6.7 from 2013 to present? One place says they're the same and another place shows different part numbers for different years. Anyone know? Thanks.
That's what I thought but I was looking thru Parts Geek and they show one part number for the 2017 2018 water separator and a different part number (and price) for the 2016 version. Unless I'm reading it wrong.
Parts geek???
Buy oem mopar MO-291 engine mount fuel filter and MO-867 frame mounted fuel/water separator. Make sure you are buying from a reputable source.
These are Mopar filters, just a Parts Geek part number I guess. I only use MOPAR oil filters and fuel filters. I need this truck to last quite a while. Hoping to retire soon and it will be nice to not have truck payments. Thanks for the help.
I went to my local auto parts store (Canada) Lordco. And the guy said there are 2 different under the hood filters listed for my 2013. Early 2013 and later 2013 it apparently changed? Any truth to this? Maybe just on Canadian trucks?
Actually cummins does build the power train... Hence why the sell maintenance kits themselves for it. It's also the reason they have there logo on the front quarter panels of the truck.
