Went to Tire shop today and they told me I need new front hubs because they have some play. Looking to maybe do it myself and was wondering what brand hubs would be ideal?

not sue on which ones would be the best but i hear they are pretty expensive. I would do it yourself it is very easy, dont waste your time beating on the hubs to get them off its not necessary. Use a 1/2 extension and back all 4 of the hub bolts out slightly (not to much or you will strip them) and put the extension on the head of the bolt and wedge the other end on the axle tube and start the truck and use the power steering as a press to remove the bearing. take your time and work at each bolt and keep loosening them as you go. heres a video so you can see what im talking about.

disregard how it says removing dodge rotors. on your truck the rotors are slip on, on the older ones they had the rotors and bearing as one.

Yukon also has a kit out now. Probably looking at around $1000 but you will get better fuel mileage, you will be able to service the bearings or replace them with cheap ones, and less wear on the front diff and gears.

plus you get to have cool Old School WARN lockouts
