Hey all! Has anyone on here experienced the front axle failure on 2012 45-5500's that Ram issued a recall for? Has anyone gotten notice that the parts are available to fix this? I think the code was N26.

My dad and I got the recall but not a follow up saying the parts were in .Neither of us have had any failure yet knock on wood.

I guess I'd be interested in hearing about either recall. I only ever got the front axle weld recall notice, never got the one about the trackbar bolt.

I had mine replaced when they gave me a reflash. I heard it was a bolt was bad or whatnot. Not sure all about it, but they fixed mine.

Anyone got notices that Dodge is ready to fix things yet? Track bar bolt, front axle weld, or the steering arm recalls?

I just called them. The only thing I found out is N26 bad weld front axle recall is on BACKORDER.

They also told me my truck has a N63 recall for left outer tie rod which apparently can snap on me. Thats not available to the dealer until 6 Jan 2014. WTF? I asked the person on the phone if my tie rod snaps while driving because they dont have the fix yet if Chrysler covers 100% of all damage. I didnt get a very responsive answer to that question.
