Friend of mine is in the market for a truck. Saw him yesterday and let him drive mine, bad move on my par, Im lucky I got my truck back. He is now in love with it and even though he has no need of a 2500 diesel he is now says he wants one and cant believe how much power they have. I think I have created a monster.

Correction: real friends absolutely DO let friends ride in/drive their vehicle; another member in the Dodge/Cummins fold isn't a bad thing.

My point was Im lucky I got my truck back he liked it so much.

His son is a tech at a local dealership and when he was telling his kid about the programming I guess his son didnt believe you could make them look completely stock yet still be essentially deleted.

Well...I don't let anyone drive mine either. Unless it's a girl and I know it will end well, and them driving is still pretty rare:hehe:

The cummins diesel bug....takes another victim
Even driving that clapped out 12 valve (motor was fine, rest of truck not so much, specially the trans) I had, I did really enjoy most every moment...
Best friend drives a 04 dakota wish I had a pic of his face when I taught him to drive my 88 f150 5 speed.... never forget the "dude your truck has some power"
its got some work in it maybe 200 horses.

No way Hell sit behind the wheel of my 6 speed 3500 I think there would be a brown stain in the seat....
its just a truck, i let my close friends borrow mine for moving and stuff like that. people who don't have a pick-up and need one in a pinch.
