Alright guys, just started a new project. 93 Ford Mustang with a 2001 6BT Auto. Dont ask me why, just know its cause everyone says I cant!!!!!lol

Alright, the way my feeble brain was thinkin is, in my truck it made 375HP with 1000ftlbs of torque, so I beleive the combo would b rather quick in a 3300lb car? My stock LX mustang 5.0 weighs 3300 roughly with me in it. My donor car is less than that because its been gutted, and caged, no glass, and no interior. So I'm figuring roughly 3500-4000lbs when its done with motor, trans, and the extra reinforcement.

I'm also thinking boosted lauches would be pretty hard in a 4000lb car. Im also sourcing a 2.73 rear and probably gonna back half it and narrow a 9in rear in the near future. My stock 7600lb truck with just a programer ran 14.7, with a 2.6 60' time lol. It was stick shift and I couldnt get out the hole lol.

I'm open and would appreciate any comments, critizisms, helpful thoughts, or whatever. Thanks guys!!!

PICS CUMMIN SOON!!!!

Holy crap, your goig to have to do more than back half that thing, you'll twist it up like a twizzler if it ever hooks up!

What do you plan on doing for the front end? A 1200lb engine is liable to break those tiny spindles!
