[Cummins24vTD]

My buddy has a 99 ford with a 7.3l powerstroke his motor went and now hes facing a decision of replacing his motor or repowering it with a cummins. So if you guys can get me some info and prices id greatly appreciate it thanks.

well i can tell ya this, depending on who you have do the swap, its gna cost a pretty penny. unless you guys do the work then it wont be so bad. however my local diesel shop is in the process of doing one and with the motor and all its gna cost $15,000 including labor.

Hey check out the last couple if issues of Diesel World. They just did a 2 part write up of a '05 F550 replacement of a 6.0 with a CR 5.9. Shows allot of good info and pictures
