Does anyone know where I can find info on exhaust sensor wiring diagrams, Have a friend that thinks he is Einstien, and can build a homemade box if he just has info on what wires are what, and what they send back to computer?

All you have to do is fool the 3 EGT sensors in the exhaust to think they are at 1150 to 1200* constantly. Total of 6 wires. All black. Install the correct resistor and you are good to go.

What about the O2 sensors and the pressure lines??

The pressure lines can be removed and the O2 sensors are left alone, installed. The code comes from the pressure lines not being installed. Should only be a soft code though.

If you can somehow find the wiring scematics of the system you should be able to see what resistance it is in that resistor, I think, and then find the right color coded resistors. If memory serves me right they all start from the gold ring side, should be four colors. Been a while since Ive been to school for diesel mechanics (tractor) though.

So do you put the same on all three? Or should the ones in front of the DPF be higher ?

Wouldn't the rear O2 sensor still show the dpf to not be working properly?

You're gunna need some kind of special magic for that. I just use the edge. Yes all three EGT sensors need the same resistance.
