In case others are looking, the full dash kit from dashskin on Ebay fit PERFECT! Real happy with it, pricey, but I didn't want to do this job twice. KEEP YOUR OLD HARDWARE, you will need some of it. At the same time, I replaced my blend doors with aluminum drivers from Blend Door USA, plus A/C Evaporator Core, A/C Drier and Heater Core. I went with the OE Mopar heater core and Oreilly's for the A/C parts. This was back in January 2018. It took me 2.5 weekends to install as I had issues with the "quick" connect from the A/C Evaporator Core to the Drier. Ran to a couple auto parts stores for tools then finally 1 worked. Be careful with the heater core, the tubes are crimped to the core and some have had leakage issues after install. I couldn't be happier. Looks and functions like a brand new truck again. The wifey is happy finally riding in a climate controlled cab. Also installed the cabin filter kit from Geno's Garage.

I did the blend doors usa as well last month since I had several that were broken before. I also have a cracked dash but didn't have time to change it out. How hard is it to change the dash out? Taking the whole dash off wasn't too bad, but you have to take it even further apart to get the dashboard off. What else do you have to take apart to get it out? passenger airbag, radio area, instrument cluster...etc?

Just like when you pulled the whole dash back to access the HVAC box. Unclip front top section, then unbolt and pull back. After pulling back, unscrew all the little upside down screws from underneath the backside, no need to touch the air bag. You will need to remove center section near radio and also the radio head unit to access some of the screws. Some screws need to be removed on the instrument panel but whole panel does not need to be removed. Hope that makes sense
