The DDRP has been a good seller for us int he shop. We have done many installs and yet to ahve a single warranty issue.

Most idle at around 18-21 psi at initial and settle down to around 16-18psi after that. This of course depends on line size, if you run a DrawStraw and if you are using a big line kit (filter to injection pump).

Some of these pumps seem to be able to hold pressure to support 100HP injectors if the entire line system is replaced, the pump is relocated and a DrawStraw is used.

not to say anything bad about ya'll, but to me if someone were to replace the fuel lines from the tank to the VP why not just get a stand alone pump and be done with it?

i can see the DDRP if you keep the truck 100% stock, but that's about it....i don't know, just my opinion on the matter...
I completely agree that there are better (more expensive) options out there. But some guys want a "stock replacement pump" only.

My point is, that with some basic upgrades to that pump, we see much better performance out of them.

Besides, we use much better quality fuel lines than comes with the kits out there. So the customer gets a double upgrade. In fact, even with the other kits that have the fuel lines, we throw out their line and use the better stuff for any install done in the shop. It's just the right way to do things.
