Temp has been as high as 215. Ac dosent blow cold any more.just had it replaced 3mths ago. also no codes. the last fan clutch through a code low voltage

fan clutch wont come on.
Truck is in the sig. Getting hot and fan doesn't come on. Installed a new fan clutch still a no go. What turns on the fan? Also can i just pin it and have it on all the time?
