I have oil leak on driver's side.
I took it to and independent shop and they say that I have a power steering pump leak and they want to replace the pump. There is no loss of PS fluid.
I had read online that a common problem is that the seal fails between the Vac Pump and PS Pump and that causes an OIL leak.

Opinion?

you are correct, there is a rubber seal between the VAC and PS pump that causes an OIL leak.

You can get the seal kit from cummins for $10
