Extreme Cold and Check Engine Lights

So I just moved up to Fairbanks, Alaska and we just had our first -36 days... Anyhow, My Check engine light popped with P1191 and P1451. From what I've seen on the forum, these are the codes...
P1191 INLET AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR RATIONAL/PERFORMANCE
P1451 DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER SYSTEM PERFORMANCE

Anyone know if it's because of the cold? ... or how to fix them? I am running an Edge juice w/ attitude... but am planning to do the full EGR/DPF delete soon. Probably get the Mini-Max.

I would say it's related but not sure I would get them cleared out and recheck to see if they come back and go from there good luck. I always wanted to move up there but my wife would only live with me 3 months out of the year lol.
