i have an 03 all stock with 70k miles.when im driving on the highway an i get on the gas a little it sounds like the truck has an exhuast leak towards the rear of the block its not loud but you can hear a differnt tone when you get on it an ideas what this could be or where to start looking

Start looking at the flange around the turbo. I had one there before. Just crawl under and on top and take a look with a flashlight, and make sure all the flanges are tight.

thanks alot ,i have a boost guage,if there was an exhuast leak around there would there be any drop in boost?

No not after the turbo going into the exhaust
