i currently have a single 3" from the turbo to a straight pipe to 4" single. Is it beneficial to go to a 5" turbo back or a 4" turbo back duel set up guidance would be great
Not sure what additional mods you have but in my opinion, a 4" system would be just fine and you can find a complete turbo back system pretty cheap these days. There are plenty of threads on here about exhaust size, 4" vs. 5", benefits etc...
what year do you have?
you sure about the 3"?
'03's are 3-1/2" from the turbo
'04's up are 4" from the turbo
as said above all depends on what you have (mods) now and where you want to go.
its an 03 that I have had since may. It is running, from the turbo, I assume 3.5 out of the turbo but hits a 4" at the straight pipe I just want the best gains possible. No real mods as of now just programer and araid intake.
is there a better intake that will allow the turbo to spool up quicker as well?
