Hey folks! I have a 12’ dodge with the 6.7 and am getting the see dealer message on the exhaust. I’ve tried getting on the highway staying at 65mph in 4th gear but I guess that didn’t work. Any suggestions or tips would be helpful.

How many miles on your vehicle. All suggested maintenance done on EGR at 65000 etc.

Dunno being in 4th gear is the point. What you are looking for is normal/full exhaust temperature long enough for the ecu to enter dpf regen mode. I did straight (left in drive) 65mph highway for 15-20 miles before mine would happen. Easily identifiable if you have a pyrometer, temps climb substantially and fall back to occasionally as it happens. You can even tell by the MPG on the evic, my 18 ave. would drop 13-15 for the run. Crazy.

Had to go on special drives just to do this twice. To clear error/warning messages. Prompted the early (pre warranty expiration) purchase of a TBE and tuner. BEST thing I have ever done to my truck.

I go on the hwy 5th gear and cruise out about 20 mins and back usually resets everything
I have had to do it twice now, always in the winter.
