Exhaust Manifolds

Thanx, that's what I thought as well, although I did have a hellofa time with an old shivvy manifold long ago, nothing a torch couldn't fix! I first thought about the boost side, tightened all of the clamps, no change. If it happens when power "ON" I would think it's between the turbo and inter-cooler, but it also happen when the EB is on then that would sound like over-pressure escaping from the exhaust manifold. 1 week in the shop and three pretty talented mechanics couldn't find it, and I didn't want to pay for a "process of elimination" exercise. I hear that! That's a tough one. You ought to see some black after it leaks a while one would think. ?? If on the exhaust side anyway.
