Exhaust Break?

Under your controls for the radio and whatnot, right near the button to turn off traction control, there is a button that looks like a circle with an exhaust puff inside it (for lack of a better description). Pressing it once is the full on position and an amber light will pop up on the dash. This will engage the exhaust brake as soon as the throttle input is zero. Pressing the button again will light up a green symbol on the dash and this engages the exhaust brake when throttle is zero and brake pedal is depressed.

I've read the claims about leaving it on cleaning the vanes on the VGT... not sure if its true, but I leave mine in the full on position everywhere I drive... I cant see why it would cause any issues, and between that and rowing my own gears, I'll probably never have to do brakes haha
