I never noticed the "jet engine" noise on decel until recently. I just turned my exhause brake on one day to try it out. I had never heard the noise before. Now the exhaust brake is cut off, but I occasionally notice a sound like the turbo is spooling up while I am decellerating. Is it possible the exhaust brake is stuck on? Is anybody else experiencing this with the brake turned off? Thanks for any info.
