has napa rotors, and EBC green stuff pads on it. the front driver makes dust 10x as much as the passenger side. braking is consistent, no pull. wheel spins freely. pins move with no issues. is it a crappy rotor that is being eaten by the ceramic pads?

And the truck doesn't pull to one side? The rotor doesn't look discolored from excessive heat?

I was thinking it could be the flex line running to the caliper could be collapsed not allowing the caliper to release like it should.

truck drives 100% straight when braking. I even tested it by removing my hands from the steering wheel. no discolored rotor. I replaced all of the calipers a few years ago just due to age with Napa Eclipse units. The OEM were sticking randomly and you could smell it and feel the heat when getting out of the truck.

I had a ford diesel that did that and the problem was the caliper wasn't releasing completely and the fix was anti-seize compound on the guide rails. If that isn't the cause then I don't have a clue.
