Which one do you guys suggest?
The wabasto comes with a 7 day timer and it costs an extra $100.00 for the the 7 day timer on the espar.

Webasto also has a bolt in kit for the 3rd gens too. We sell webasto, so thats what I put on my truck. There both junk when they dont work, great when they do. Yes I have worked on them all. The best info I can give you, a great dealer with support is what I would look for. Espar/Webasto have pretty much 50/50 market share of the world. The heaters come with pretty good instructions, so if you have abit of wrenching skill, you could put them in. The espar has a cool fuel pick, but I think there mounting spot is . Websato mounts very close to the engine, but there fuel pick up is different. Not sure about espar warranty, webasto has 2 years.
i have the blue heat webasto its just like you say mounted in the passenfer front,,and the fuel pump is a wierd way of doing it,,but understandable considering where the heaters mounted,,i have my fuel tee'd off the airdog fuel p/u tube hose works verywell...

i have the wabasto in my 04 dually, it has been working great now for 5 years, my dealer sells and installs them. when i picked up the 07 they wanted to try the espar and it wasn't heating up as fast as the wabasto, they checked everything out and said it was fine. last summer i finished ripping the egr cooler out and this winter the espar worked way better! i guess that pump didn't like pushing coolant through that stupid maze of a cooler.
i have mine plumbed into the egr cooler delete lines direct works awsome:thumbsup:
