Engine noise - video

Figured I'd see if someone can help diagnosing a sound I heard from the truck this weekend. Sound in the video might be hard to hear, but I can describe it as a scratching/rattling sound. Once the truck is warm it goes away. I won't be surprised if this is somewhat normal, but I can also see it being something to cause worry.

My best guess would be a loose chain or a rocker arm. But that's not something I'd bet on as it doesn't explain why it goes away when warmed up.
