So when I got my truck a few weeks ago I was getting are 16 mpg put a cold air intake and 4inch straight pipe then started noticing a tick noise now I hear a knock from somewhere in the front I'll post a video and now my mpg is 12 feels slightly sluggish also put a screw driver on the fuel lines and hear it coming from all of the fuel lines. On top of that now it's leaking coolant from somewhere

Coolant leak is something you'll have to search for. It's possible it's coming from the hose on passenger side of the engine. It's below and behind the turbo if I remember correctly.

For your fuel knock I'd see what your fuel and rail pressure is. It wouldn't hurt to retourqe your feed tube.

Okay I'll check there tomorrow for the leak, it looks to be coming from the front just can't see where just see it dripping from the front of the balancer, I'll also tighten them up and see if I can rent a tool to check the pressure. Just never have time anymore had a bunch of new guy show up late or miss formations now we have to be at the shop at 0530 and end up not getting home until 1800 and it's getting close to winter so it's been getting dark earlier so I figured best use of my time would be seeing of someone else had the same issue so I could go straight to the things other had issues with rather than waste daylight

If it's dripping from your harmonic balancer, it's possibly coming from your radiator. The pressure or wind could be blowing it onto the balancer.

If there is a mechanical issue with injector disconnecting wire will not always stop issue.
Easiest is get/make fuel line cap block fuel off to individual injector, then if cylinder found , can swap injectors see if issue follows it.
Do you think injectors would cause this? Loss of power and knock but no smoke or anything

It kinda sounds like CP3 knock but louder.

Have you checked for excessive blow by?

I have no codes, oil pressure sits above 40 all the time, haven't checked rail pressure yet trying to figure out where to get a tool for that
Here’s a video of CP3 knock I found on YT. My truck doesn’t do it, but I’ve heard it on a lot of 5.9s and even some 6.7s, though it’s been awhile…

It's the same sound as far I can tell. If you want to be picky, try "retiming" the CP3 to reduce the knock.

Your mpg loss is cai and straight pipe related. Your slugish feel comes from you moving your power peaks up the rpms with the 2 mods you did.. Minimally put your stock air box back in and watch mpg climb back up.

Swap your oem fuel filter and fill up the bowl with dex3/merc atf, fire it up and let it run for about 10-20 seconds, shut it down and let it sit overnite, longer would be better. Then fire it up, take it for a spin to get it up to op temp and re-evaluate. Or... Dump 16 oz of atf into a 1/4 tank and do the same overnite soak period.

Really I thought all that would of help with my mpg I'll have to test this and by putting atf in the bowl is that just to clean everything out?

It might help towing but unload nope. I followed the same path you are and mpgs kept dropping. Got tire of shelling out so much and put an aero4040 where the cat was which brought back 1;1.25 mpg, then came custom tuning which helped more, then i put the stock air box back in and got back 1-1.5 iirc (was in 2014). Then my favorite mod, the gt6 swap. Another top 5 for mods is the v4.2 version of the stock air box. Best of both worlds, mpg holds with closed box then added flow for higher load conditions. Fwiw, the v4.2 airbox mod can be done for approx. $100-120.
