Hi. When I started my 99 this morning it had a very loud knock. It went away when I put it in gear(auto). I thought it may have been the flexplate was cracked. The flexplate looks fine. Didn't see white smoke so I'm not thinking injector. Noise definately goes away under a load. Please help. Thanks...:confused013:

Flexplate could still be issue. Cold be cracked on inside. Where does it sound like coming from.??
