Engine cover - foam or molded plastic?

Hi everyone. I just recently came back to Dodge Ram and bought a new 2013 Ram 2500 Laramie 6.7 CTD. I have a question regarding the cover that sits on top of the engine. My cover is hard plastic but I noticed in a Youtube review of the same truck there is a foam cover over the hard plastic one.

Can anyone verify if I am missing something? Why the foam? :confused013:

The foam is the one that caught fire on earlier 2013s. They swapped em for the one u have now
