my engine started getting a little hot so i popped the hood, spraying Coolant? all over. light brown liquid. coolant tank was dry. this was lastnight so i gotta check to find the leak or problem. Anything specific i should look for? like a common problem?

Check Your water pump. Just lost mine this morning on the long haul. stuck in the outskirts of new york city with a bunch of plumbing tools and borrowed sockets. Took me about two hours to find a pump and a new thermostat at of course to different stores. Lost a days worth of work but at least the truck is fixed again
