No engine brake on these OEM 6.7s Cummins. Just an exhaust brake built into your turbo charger. Custom tuning possibly could leave it on. I don't see the difficulty of hitting a button is. Easy as turning on a radio station.
I would not leave it on in the winter in icy conditions unless in 4x4 or heavily weighted.

It’s already been stated but, simply press the button below the HVAC controls and that will in turn keep on the exhaust brake that is built into the turbo

In stock form, every time you shut the truck down and restart, you'd have to hit the button to activate it.

When I deleted and tuned my truck, that is one of the thing's that Dave Mathew's set up for me. It now is on every time I start the truck.

That’s interesting. I bought my truck deleted and it stays on, meaning i don’t have to turn it on every time i start the truck. Thanks to whoever tuned my truck!
