Bolt the three bolt flange back together. now take a racheting tie down strap and wrap around the axle and the muffler. now rachet till it comes apart. Make sure you don't wrap around the brake line. Make sure the muffler clamp is loose.

put a jack stand under the DPF so it doesn't fall and hurt something.

Unplug all sensors. You should have left every thing bolted up and pulled the DPF out of the muffler first.

Could not get the cai in with it so it is removed. Have not done anything else with it since I am out of state for two weeks. I uploaded perf on the Smarty before I began. And it is now sitting in my driveway dpf out and dpf pipe in but not bolted tigght and the cai installed but Egr not unplugged yet. The sensors I transfered over to the s&b were a sort of sloppy fit due to s&bs mount quality

It kinda looks like a hood open-closed switch for an alarm.
