truck is throwing a code P2509. it started a couple weeks age and the first time it started and ran for 30 and died it did that about 3 times then ran fine. that's what it does every now and then, but then some times the lift pump and the check engine light pulse and when u turn the key nothing happens the starter doesn't even turn. I replaced both batteries and took cables off and cleaned at both ends. ive checked fuses and so many other things im at a lose. any imput will be help full. the last time it did it was the 2nd until today. and it seems to only do it when its colder outside.

Might be the injector harness or a bad ground somewhere. When it happened on my truck it also threw a trouble code related to the #1 injector (P0202?). Dealer ended up replacing the ECM, #1 injector and harness.
