electrical issues

I have an 06 2500 with a Cummings engine ,so ive recently i noticed that my voltage gauge drops when im driving sometimes and the blower fan slows down then goes back to normal within the last year the alternator has been replaced and the blower fan and control module i have read that the fuel heaters can cause this symptom any input is appreciated thanks

From the 06 owners manual:

If the vehicle is driven and vehicle speed exceeds 19
mph (31 km) before the manifold heater post-heat
(after start) cycle is complete, the manifold heaters will
shut off.

If the grid heater comes on randomly while driving above 19 mph and after the heat cycle is completed, you may have something else going. Are any codes being thrown?
