Has anyone done away with the stocker and made there own electric fan set up? Refering to the ones that dont cost 600 bucks lol..Just wonderin before i do mine.I ordered a bunch of stuff already..It says you gain 27hp at the wheels dyno proven removing the stocker..

I did my own and they work really well! Their 2 fans off ford tarus that pull 4500 cfm ea. full tilt.I have my grids deleted so i used the relays and wiring for them. Both low sides to one relay triggered off the a/c clutch and both high sides triggered off a 200 deg. thermostat.
I was told the stock fan pulls 11k cfm full tilt so 9k is'nt that far off. Oh and im gettin a aluminium piece bent just didnt want to until i knew they would work!

Now thats what im talkin about..I fell 10 times better..I basically just ordered everything youve got there but i ordered a relay harness with it all..Thanks a million bro
