My drivers side door lock has stopped working when I press the remote. Is it hard to fix? Is it the locks motor or a fuse?

LOL... This is a problem in ALL dodges. The wires in the door boot are crap an bust in half with day to day use. All you need is to take your door panel off an pull the plug out of the door an unplug your window an locks an speaker plugs then you can re wire the door. I have found this to be the easy way to go about this problem...

Yes. This problem is common on all doors jambs.
