ejector cleaner ????

I wonder if there is a good or whether to use ejector cleaner for my 1999

In my 01 that I put 423,000 miles on - if she started running a little rough I would drain the fuel filter, fill it up with Seafoam, put the filter cap back on it and run it like I stole it for about 10 minutes. Worked perfect.
But, you do what you wanna do.
