I know we are working to eliminate egr stuff off our truck, but I had a thought and maybe some of you know the answer. I was looking through one of my diesel mags and noticed that the 07 5.9 intake elbow looks the same as an 07.5 6.7 intake elbow, but without all the egr crap on it. Also, isn't the 5.9 exhaust manifold the same as a 6.7 as far as the port sizing and spacing goes. With those thoughts, if someone wanted to spend the money, they could just replace the intake elbow and manifold, and not have to worry about the plates and have a much cleaner setup.

The 5.9 is different on both ends of the intake horn. The 6.7 has a bigger outlet that bolts to the block. Also the 6.7s throttle body bolts to the inlet side of the intake horn. I looked at a 5.9 intake last year to see if they were close but sadley no.

That's what I thought, but wasn't sure. I guess we know what the next "RACE" parts are that are going to be coming out. Who wants to make them? I'll buy.
