I did call Edge they told me to unplug everything, which i did. Also there are no codes being thrown.

i would call them back an tell them your did what they said an still not working....they are very good with customer service from my experiance an should take care of you....did yo buy the edge new or used?

I did buy the unit used if that makes any difference.

I wouldn't think so they should still try and help diagnose your problem.. they have grade A customer service
