I need some advise on the settings for the new edge setup I have.
The stock EGT hi is 1350 that seems low, the stock boost is 30 and I am already setting that off. I raised the egt hi to 1400 and boost to 35. Where do you guys recomend the settings be.

My egt is right where it is recomended

The turbo will hit 40 psi real quick, its max is 46 psi.

I just left my egts at 1350.
sounds about right.
so I should start defueling at 1350?? and raise the boost to 40ish?? I hit 1390 on a test run today.

I need to order either an AFE or amsoil dropin next!!

You could let it get up to about 1600* but i wouldnt allow it for long periods of time. Boost @ 35 should be plenty. I dont ever see over that.
I see just over 40psi but I have the Superchips stacked with the edge and MP-8. 1400 is what my EGT is set at but it will still climb thanks to the Superchips and MP-8 (the edge only adds so much fuel). I have my boost at 43 and it hasn't gone off since I set it that high. It's kind of funny how the boost will shoot up to 40 and then drop almost instantly to around 30. The way these turbos control boost is amaizing. I agree with comp, 1600 is okay for a little bit. These turbos are pretty tough as long as you don't have a DPF, then they get stuck and you get the P(oh crap I get a new turbo) code :T:
So i take it you are liking that SC stack on there Atc? I see you are in Washington, I will be up that way at the end of the month. Would be cool to check it out, if possible.
Ive never seen above 30 on my attitude, then it drops back down instantly, what gives?
I have my boost set at 99 and egts at 2000 runner till it blows haha if it cant handle it I dont want it
Put the low end to the lowest setting for mileage and leave it on 5.
I have a 2004.5, and the juice w/ attitude. I run it in economy, unless I'm pulling my 5th wheel, cause I'm cheap.

Along a similar line, I'll hit 40psi fairly easily getting the rig up to speed on an onramp, and will hit 1350 pulling up the local mountain pass. I'm thinking of running the settings to 45 or so PSI and 1400.

The 5.9s seem to take high boost a lot better than the 6.7s with the VGT turbo. If you pulled 40 - 45 psi boost with a stock vgt 6.7 you are asking for trouble no matter what tunner you are running!
