What does the Ez and Juice stack help? Low or high end power or just over all?

Should help over all but I wouldn't stack without a liftpump and better fuel filtration.

Not at all. With the proper filtration, pressure can be a great asset. Not to mention that when you advance the timing and add a little pressure, you improve mpg.
